Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@thefrozenbean.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send returns without contacting us first as they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Contact us immediately at info@thefrozenbean.com if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
